  1. Naveen Kapur is an International Marketing professional with more than 40 years’ experience in International Marketing including merchant exports of a wide range of projects, products and equipment across geographies.
  2. He has been the Whole Time Director and President of the International Business Division with Apollo International Ltd. (an Apollo Tyres Group Co.) for two decades. His professional career had taken him to more than 135 countries.
  3. He is also a former Director on the Board of Artemis Hospital, Gurugram and has actively promoted medical tourism from Africa, Middle East and South Asia on a sustained basis.
    Naveen is the Sherpa to the Chairman of the BRICS Business Council India Chapter since the inception of the Council in 2013 and actively promoted co-operation in trade and investment within BRICS countries .
  4. In the past he has been a guest faculty in Management Development Institute, Gurugram, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) on International Marketing. Being an economics graduate ,during his student days at FMS he had been invited to take classes in Managerial Economics.

Alok K Brara is the founder and CEO of India Infrastructure Publishing, a leading provider of information, analysis and insight on infrastructure sectors – through magazines, websites, conferences and research reports. The company’s brands include Power Line, Indian Infrastructure, tele.net, Renewable Watch, Smart Utilities, Global Transmission, Global Mass Transit, Southeast Asia Infrastructure and REGlobal.
  2. Before founding India Infrastructure Publishing, he ran a consulting practice in New York from 1989 to 1996. Prior to that, he worked for six years in advertising at JWT New York, where he was a Vice-President.
  3. He has been a member of several industry groups including Niti Aayog’s Working Group for Infrastructure for Vision -2035, CII National Council on Infrastructure and FICCI Communication and Digital Economy committee.He has master’s degrees in business and marketing from University of Delhi and from Northwestern University at Evanston, Illinois.

Puneet Wadhwa is the Head, IT (Regional Manager) for Hatch, a large global multi-disciplinary Engineering firm, and has a rich background working in the past for several global Bioinformatics, IT, and Oil & Gas multinational companies over the last 20 years. Prior to joining Hatch, Puneet was leading Area IT Operations for McDermott, a global on-shore and off-shore Oil & Gas Engineering firm, and held responsibilities spanning several functions including IT Finance, L&D, Recruitments, and Strategy.
  2. Puneet has been a recipient of several accolades including the IT Next’s “Next-100 CIOs of India” award; and the prestigious “Who’s Who among Students in American Universities” award which was conferred on him by University of Alabama in Huntsville and the Who’s Who organization, USA.
  3. Puneet is an accomplished public speaker and has spoken at many events and workshops for both non-profits and corporate multinationals on a range of topics. He takes active interest in volunteering, and also led CSR and Community Relations efforts for McDermott’s India office.

  1. Lt Col Ipsa O Ratha (Retd.) was commissioned into the Army Service Corps (ASC) on 4 Mar 2000. In the professional career spanning over 22 years in the Indian Army, she maintained a balanced profile in terms of postings to Field/ Counter Insurgency/ Peace Areas in equal proportion. Handled diverse assignments in leadership roles and staff duties. The leadership roles entailed commanding subunits/ units of varying sizes commensurate with her growth and service in the organization. She endeavored to empower the soldiers under her command by professional mentoring and motivating to use initiative with innovation while deployed in Combat Zone. In staff roles she formulated policies related to HR, Training, Equipment and Logistic Mgt in sync with emerging trends of modern warfare specific to Operational tasks relevant to the Area of responsibility.
    She had the honor to handle certain sensitive appointments in the Combat Zone, the first time by a Lady officer since they were the exclusive domain of male counterparts. With belief in her abilities and a steely resolve she broke the glass ceilings and blurred the boundaries of such distinctions by treading the uncharted course by leading from the front. She has always done well on professional courses and passed the muster with academic excellence. In recognition of her dedication to the service, she was awarded the prestigious award of GOC in C Commendation Card in 2014.
    Ipsa took premature retirement from the army on 08 Jun 2022 to prove her mettle in Corporate World. As a primer to her transition into it, she enrolled in the MBA Exe 2020 batch in FMS and graduated in Jun 2022 with specialization in HR. She has also earned certificates from AON Hewitt in Talent Management and HR Business Partner Ready.

  1. Viren Kaushik worked for 49 years in diverse functional areas of manufacturing and consulting of which the last 23 years had been as CEO / MD. He superannuated in 2016 after holding the position of Managing Director of KRIBHCO Fertilizers Ltd, NOIDA for nine years. Prior to that, Viren held the position of Director General – FAI for about three years and Managing Director of Duncans Industries Ltd, for about eleven years. Currently, he is an independent Director on the board of KRIBHCO Fertilizers Ltd.
  2. In the Indian chemicals industry, Viren was known as a turn-around strategist having successfully turned around the performance of three companies as a Managing Director. He had been regularly invited as a speaker at national/international conferences and premier business schools in India. Recipient of several national awards, including ‘Life Time Achievement Award’ from IIT-BHU Alumni Association.
  3. Viren is an engineering graduate from IIT(BHU) Varanasi and MBA from FMS Delhi (Gold Medalist). He enjoys weekend golfing, wild life & nature photography and listening to music.

  1. Preetham Parigi has over 45 years of experience spanning several sectors including Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Media, and Entertainment. He is a Co-founder of ENIL – Radio Mirchi and Times Out of Home (OOH Media). Prior to joining TOI, Parigi was the CEO of BPL Mobile Communications, Mumbai. Parigi was also a Member of the Business Advisory council, The Said Business School, Oxford University, UK; Member Board of Overseers Fordham Graduate School of Business, New York.
  2. Parigi is a former Member of the Board of Directors of Bennett, Coleman Co. Ltd. (The Times of India). Since 2016, Parigi serves as a chief mentor to start-ups in the field of AI/Fintech/digital media.   1. Sandip Das is a successful and highly regarded international CEO, business and strategic thought leader.
  2. He started his career in 1978 as a Management Trainee in the DCM Shriram Group followed by a stint with Toyota Motor Corporation in the Middle East, Dubai.
    At age 35, he became India’s first private-licensed Telco CEO with Hutchison Max Telecom (later Vodafone India) in 1994.
    He then went on in 2006 to head Malaysia’s Maxis Group as Group CEO and Board Director, overseeing operations across Maxis Malaysia, Aircel India, Sri Lanka Telecom, and Axis Indonesia based out of Kuala Lumpur. In 2013 he joined Reliance Jio as MD & CEO. In 2015, he pursued the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.
    He won the award for **Best Malaysian CEO (2012)** and raised the largest global Telco IPO of USD 3.9 billion for Maxis. He was listed among the *100 most powerful people in Telecom globally* by Global Telecoms Magazine for four consecutive years (2009–2013). He was awarded the **Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to Indian Telecom in 2016** by Voice and Data magazine.
    Currently, he is Chairman of Caret Capital Innovation Lab, Board Director at Sterlite Technologies Limited (Vedanta), Greenlam Industries, Smarter Express, and Polyplex Corporation. He also serves as Global Advisor to London-based consultants Analysys Mason and Hakluyt, and Advisor to reputation management company Astrum and the Khan Academy.
    He is also on the national panel called **Board Matters** set up by Russell Reynolds.
