  1. Rajkamal Sharma, Batch of 79, is an International Business Consultant. He has had a distinguished career in the FMCG industry with stints in Unilever and Nestle. He retired a couple of years ago from Nestle, where as the Head of Exports, he was part of the Management Committee.
  2. He has had exposure in Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other functions, but his core competence has been Sales & Marketing. Currently, as Country Manager of Global Appetite Inc., a Canadian company, he is helping them develop their International Business. As a Business Consultant, he has been utilising his years of experience in mentoring various start-ups. He advises several small and medium-sized companies on product & packaging development, communication strategy, channel development and other aspects, towards the objective of enabling business development both in India and abroad.
  3. An alumnus of Modern School and St. Stephen’s College, Raj is also involved in social work and community development.

Ashwin Malik

  1. Ashwin Malik is a strategist, business conceptualizer and implementer with over 35 years of Corporate Experience including leadership experience across geographies in India and overseas. He has worked in domains including paints, alcoholic beverages, organised retail and hospitality. He has over the course of his career handled assignments in Marketing, Sales and General Management.
  2. Ashwin has worked in different assignments including as the Managing Director of Whyte and Mackay as also United Spirits (USL’s) Regional CEO – North. He has also worked extensively in the Travel Retail and Hospitality Sectors in India.  In his last professional stint, he worked as the Director General of the Confederation of Indian Alcoholic Beverage Companies (CIABC), a Delhi based Association which had among its members, the leading ‘Branded Spirits’ Companies operating in India.  Ashwin currently offers advisory services from time to time in the Beverage Alcohol & Travel Retail Sectors.
  3. Ashwin is a graduate in Economics from St. Stephens College, Delhi. He completed his Management from FMS Delhi in 1980. He has also attended the Advance Management Program at Harvard in 2002.

  1. Puneet Wadhwa is the Head, IT (Regional Manager) for Hatch, a large global multi-disciplinary Engineering firm, and has a rich background working in the past for several global Bioinformatics, IT, and Oil & Gas multinational companies over the last 20 years. Prior to joining Hatch, Puneet was leading Area IT Operations for McDermott, a global on-shore and off-shore Oil & Gas Engineering firm, and held responsibilities spanning several functions including IT Finance, L&D, Recruitments, and Strategy.
  2. Puneet has been a recipient of several accolades including the IT Next’s “Next-100 CIOs of India” award; and the prestigious “Who’s Who among Students in American Universities” award which was conferred on him by University of Alabama in Huntsville and the Who’s Who organization, USA.
  3. Puneet is an accomplished public speaker and has spoken at many events and workshops for both non-profits and corporate multinationals on a range of topics. He takes active interest in volunteering, and also led CSR and Community Relations efforts for McDermott’s India office.

  1. Viren Kaushik worked for 49 years in diverse functional areas of manufacturing and consulting of which the last 23 years had been as CEO / MD. He superannuated in 2016 after holding the position of Managing Director of KRIBHCO Fertilizers Ltd, NOIDA for nine years. Prior to that, Viren held the position of Director General – FAI for about three years and Managing Director of Duncans Industries Ltd, for about eleven years. Currently, he is an independent Director on the board of KRIBHCO Fertilizers Ltd.
  2. In the Indian chemicals industry, Viren was known as a turn-around strategist having successfully turned around the performance of three companies as a Managing Director. He had been regularly invited as a speaker at national/international conferences and premier business schools in India. Recipient of several national awards, including ‘Life Time Achievement Award’ from IIT-BHU Alumni Association.
  3. Viren is an engineering graduate from IIT(BHU) Varanasi and MBA from FMS Delhi (Gold Medalist). He enjoys weekend golfing, wild life & nature photography and listening to music.

  1. Preetham Parigi has over 45 years of experience spanning several sectors including Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Media, and Entertainment. He is a Co-founder of ENIL – Radio Mirchi and Times Out of Home (OOH Media). Prior to joining TOI, Parigi was the CEO of BPL Mobile Communications, Mumbai. Parigi was also a Member of the Business Advisory council, The Said Business School, Oxford University, UK; Member Board of Overseers Fordham Graduate School of Business, New York.
  2. Parigi is a former Member of the Board of Directors of Bennett, Coleman Co. Ltd. (The Times of India). Since 2016, Parigi serves as a chief mentor to start-ups in the field of AI/Fintech/digital media. He served as a Senior Advisor – Education to Yash Raj Films; Former Member Board of Directors – Times Innovative Media Ltd.
  3. Parigi is a recipient of several accolades including “Rensselaer’s Entrepreneur of the Year 2009; the first non-American to receive this award.

  1. Sandip Das is one of Asia’s most respected telecommunications professionals and an acclaimed International Chief Executive.
  2. He was MD, CEO & Board Director of Reliance Jio, Group CEO & Executive Director of Maxis Communications Berhad, Malaysia and CEO of Hutchison Essar Telecom, now Vodafone (launched Orange and Hutch brands in India). He was one of the founding members of private telephony in India and was part of the group of individuals that founded Hutchison Max Telecom in 1994. He also led one of the world’s largest telecom IPOs, raising $3.5 billion for Maxis in 2009.
  3. He was listed among the top 100 Most Powerful Global Telecom people for four years by Global Telecom magazine and voted Best Malaysian CEO 2012 by Finance Asia. He has also been awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to India Telecom by Voice & Data magazine, Cyber Media Publications.
  4.   1. Rajesh Sud is a seasoned Indian banking and Insurance industry leader, with nearly three decades of experience in marquee organisations. He currently serves as the Managing Director for Bharti Enterprises Financial Services, overseeing Bharti AXA Life Insurance and Bharti AXA General Insurance businesses and is on the board of Airtel Payments Bank. Prior to this, Rajesh had a 19 year long stint with the Max group, starting as a founder team member of Max Life Insurance in 2000 and then leading it as its Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director for 10 years, in which time Max Life grew to be India’s 4th largest private life insurer known for its quality of talent and processes. Rajesh also served as Chairman for 5 years of Max Bupa Health Insurance, one of India’s leading health insurance companies and of Max SkillFirst, a specialised training and skilling company.
  2. Prior to Max Life Insurance, Rajesh was Managing Director & CEO of Esanda Finance India, a subsidiary finance company of ANZ Grindlays Bank. Rajesh started his career at Bank of America and over the years, created a very successful consumer franchise for the bank in India.

  2. He has been the Whole Time Director and President of International Business Division with the Apollo Tyres Group for the last two decades. His professional career had taken him to more than 100 countries.
  3. He is a former Director on the Board of Artemis Hospital, Gurugram and has actively promoted medical tourism from Africa, Middle East and South Asia on a sustained basis.
  4. Naveen is the Sherpa to the Chairman of the BRICS Business Council and also the Chairman of the Working Group for manufacturing and exports for India in the BRICS.
  5. He has been a guest faculty in Management Development Institute, Gurugram, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) on International Marketing. Being an economics graduate during his student days at FMS he had been invited to take classes in Managerial Economics.

She chairs the Audit Committee of Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd. and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of an omni-channel pharmacy chain – MedPlus Health Services Ltd.   1. Lt. Col. Ipsa Ratha (Retd.) recently joined JLL, Gurgaon as Talent Acquisition Lead, North and East. She was commissioned into the Army Service Corps (ASC) on 4 Mar 2000. In the professional career spanning over 22 years in the Indian Army, she maintained a balanced profile in terms of postings to Field/ Counter Insurgency/ Peace Areas in equal proportion. Handled diverse assignments in leadership roles and staff duties. The leadership roles entailed commanding subunits/ units of varying sizes commensurate with her growth and service in the organization. She endeavored to empower the soldiers under her command by professional mentoring and motivating to use initiative with innovation while deployed in Combat Zone. In staff roles formulated policies related to HR, Training, Equipment and Logistic Mgt in sync with emerging trends of modern warfare specific to Operational tasks relevant to the Area of responsibility.
  2. She had the honor to handle certain sensitive appointments in the Combat Zone, the first time by a Lady officer since they were the exclusive domain of male counterparts. With belief in her abilities and a steely resolve broke the glass ceilings and blurred the boundaries of such distinctions by treading the uncharted course with leading from the front. She has always done well on professional courses and passed the muster with academic excellence. In recognition of her dedication to the service, she was awarded the prestigious award of GOC in C Commendation Card in 2014.
  3. Ipsa took premature retirement from the army on 08 Jun 2022 to prove her mettle in Corporate World. As a primer to her transition into it, she enrolled in the MBA Exe 2020 batch in FMS and graduated in Jun 2022 with specialization in HR.   1. Nikhil Prasanna Jayan, is serving in the esteemed Indian Revenue Service since 2016. Currently, he is holding the position of Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax in Delhi.
  2. He hails from the picturesque state of Kerala. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. Demonstrating his versatility, he further enhanced his knowledge by obtaining a PG Diploma in Business Law from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Nikhil’s pursuit of academic growth led him to complete an Executive MBA from the renowned Faculty of Management Studies, and more recently, he successfully finished the Advanced Management Programme in Public Policy from the Indian School of Business.
